Beneath the glow of the full moon, every detail was nothing short of magical. An elegant all-white setting, exceptional white wines and an inspired menu celebrating white ingredients demonstrated extraordinary creativity, authenticity and flawless execution. Every course was beautifully presented, bursting with flavour and perfectly paired, creating one of the finest dining experiences I have ever enjoyed.
After living in Hermanus for ten years, this was my first visit to Dal-Italia, and I left wondering why I had waited so long.
The deli is a treasure trove of authentic Italian products, many imported directly from Italy, reflecting the family's unwavering passion for genuine Italian cuisine.
What truly makes Dal-Italia exceptional, however, is its heart. Fabio, his family and their remarkable team welcome every guest with warmth, generosity and sincerity.
