Once a place of refuge and healing, Vrede Farm has been owned by the Lötter Family since 1978 when they initiated agricultural processes. All the grapes are grown on the 30ha farm, grown from shale derived clay soils and elegantly put together by Winemaker Hannes Storm. A taste of true passion. With hard work, commitment and pride, the Lötter Famliy have built a successful Family Restaurant on Hemel-en-Aarde Wine Route and now also home to Lötter Family Wines.
