    The wines are awesome. There is a great balance with the food 👌. I really had a very outstanding experience as a chef i will again pay another visists . A job well done!

    DON’T BE A SHEEP!!!

    Tim and Vaughan make great wines. I’m not going to eulogise over a specific one. You have to get off your backsides and do some work yourselves!!! If you’re content to follow the flock to the wine checkout, fine. However, with a little effort to track down these erstwhile gems you may well discover your own little Hemel op Aarde!!!

    The day I met these wines, I met friends for life. Tim & Vaughan is very special people that I have been working with for years now. Their passion for the country & their wines showcase that. The wines showcase the terroir in a glass. Simply take good fruit, apply good wine making and you end up with good wine. I can recommend visiting the farm for a special tasting.

    SEVEN SPRINGS CONTINUE TO IMPRESS

    I have enjoyed Seven Springs Vineyard wines for many years, and they consistently impress me with their quality, elegance and consistency. Every bottle reflects the care, passion and attention to detail that define this outstanding Hemel-en-Aarde producer.

    During my recent visit to The Marine Hotel to experience Executive Chef Oelof Vorster's new menu at The Pavilion Restaurant, Seven Springs wines were served with the meal. It was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy these exceptional wines in such a beautiful setting.

    What I found particularly rewarding was listening to the conversations around the table. Many diners commented on the outstanding quality of the wines, praising their balance, character and how well they complemented the dishes. Hearing such genuine appreciation reminded me why I have held Seven Springs in such high regard for so many years.
